Se acerca el verano y parece que ahora nos empieza a preocupar a todas poner el culete más duro y firme.
A pesar de que deberíamos incluir en nuestras rutinas siempre
ejercicios para trabajar todos los grupos musculares, no vamos a
reñirte. Venga va, estás a tiempo de reafirmarlo para lucir tu bañador
favorito en la playa :)
Eso sí, si empiezas de cero, no hace falta
que te diga que este entrenamiento es demasiado duro!! Es muy intenso y
se centra en hacer muchas repeticiones seguidas de un mismo ejercicio,
descansando entre 20 y 40 segundos antes de afrontar el siguiente. Si
tienes un nivel físico más bajo, reduce a la mitad las repeticiones, y
auméntalas con el paso de las semanas.
La tabla consiste en realizar 5 ejercicios,
que seguramente te suenan todos o la mayoría, pero no lo más rápido que
puedas. Se trata de trabajar la técnica para realizarlos correctamente y
sacarle más partido al entrenamiento. Sobre todo, no olvides realizar
lentamente las bajas en cada ejercicio (las vueltas a la posición
inicial), para explotar aún más el músculo. ¡Ahora sólo queda ir a por
ello!
