Best beauty dupes: 5 Splurge vs save foundations
Best beauty dupes: Foundation
As much as we all love indulging in lavish, expensive makeup, sometimes we just can't justify shelling out major $$$ over a bottle of our favourite goop. Yes, exxy beauty products do make some sort of a difference, but there's loads of high-performance, low-cost beautifiers that work just as well. That's why, starting from right this very second, I'm going to be bringing you a list of awesome beauty dupes across a range of categories and price tags every couple of weeks, because who doesn't love a good bargain bender?!

It's also super hydrating and really lightweight on the skin, perfect for everyday wear if you're going for a fresh-faced finish. The Max Factor Skin Luminizer Foundation, a new arrival to the cosmetics world, is infused with light-reflecting particles that do exactly what our Giorgio friend does, for about 40 bucks cheaper. It creates a healthy-looking glow and features featherlight coverage, plus a dewy finish almost identical to Giorgio. The only qualm I had with the Max Factor formula is that it contains a bit of sparkle, but aside from that it's pretty much budget beauty bin perfection. [ Read more]
